Lisa Edelstein is an American actor, most famous for her roles on House. Fox medical series, House. Her family was from Wayne and was raised in a strict Jewish tradition. As a teenager, 18, she moved to New York City to study at the Tisch School for the Arts. The school quickly became a fixture in the scene of clubs in New York. Her performances were so captivating that the local press took note. The singer used her experience in the music industry and public recognition to create and star in a brand new musical called Positive Me. Awake to the Wild Side, a show she hosted for MTV quickly became her new task. After the show was finished, she went on to do film and television productions. Her first job was in small parts and established herself gradually as an actor.
